Measures Adopted by AndeXperience Travel Against ESNNA

Through our commitment to the Code of Conduct to combat the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA), we continuously implement a series of preventive and corrective actions. We promote ongoing awareness and training for all members of our team—including administrative, operational, and sales personnel—to contribute to the eradication of ESNNA. In line with our values and legal obligations, no member of our organization engages in or facilitates activities linked to any form of sexual commerce, including:

• The use of children and adolescents in pornographic activities
• Sex tourism
• Trafficking of minors for purposes of commercial sexual exploitation

As a travel agency and tour operator, AndeXperience Travel reinforces this commitment by formally signing the Code of Conduct against ESNNA before GERCETUR, committing to comply with all principles, responsibilities, and guidelines established therein, as well as with the General Tourism Law and its regulations regarding the prevention of ESNNA.

We extend this commitment throughout our value chain by promoting awareness and training among all stakeholders, including guides, cooks, drivers, porters, muleteers, rural community tourism partners, hotels, hostels, restaurants, and other service providers. In accordance with our ethical standards and legal duties, none of our partners or suppliers are permitted to offer or participate in activities involving:

• The use of children and adolescents in pornographic content
• Sex tourism
• Trafficking of minors for sexual exploitation

All stakeholders are required to sign the  AndexPerience Travel Supplier Code of Conduct, through which they commit to compliance with the five principles established in the document and agree to report any suspected ESNNA cases to the corresponding authorities.

As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility Policy, AndexPerience Travel also promotes the well-being of children in our region by indirectly supporting families through responsible tourism activities that help generate local income. In addition, we provide direct support to children during special occasions such as Christmas, Children’s Day, and other community celebrations.
