As we explore the market’s colorful stalls, you’ll learn the stories behind each product and their importance in Peru’s rich culinary heritage.

Next, we’ll head to a nearby restaurant for our cooking class led by a Peruvian chef. You’ll learn to prepare three essential classics: ceviche, lomo saltado, and the iconic pisco sour. Step by step, the chef will share his secrets to achieving the perfect balance of flavor, freshness, and tradition in every dish.

Finally, you’ll enjoy the dishes you’ve created yourself and connect with the true essence and flavors of Peru. Once our experience concludes, we’ll take you back to your hotel.
