Data Protection Policy

“Shaping the future through education”

How We Protect Your Personal Information

Mandatory Personal Data

As part of our service management, AndeXperience Travel Agency collects only the following personal data from each client: full name, valid passport number (with at least six months of validity), phone number, age, gender, date of birth, email address, and, when necessary, a passport photo.
It is important that each member of the group provides all the requested information, as most reservations are processed individually rather than as a single group booking.

Consequences of Not Providing Data or Refusing to Do So

To make any ticket or service reservation, it is essential to provide accurate and truthful information as it appears on your ID/passport. Nicknames or incomplete data are not accepted. Providing incorrect information may result in the loss of important tickets that, in many cases, cannot be modified—such as entrance tickets to Machu Picchu.

Access to Private Information

Clients’ personal data is considered private information and is only accessible to authorized personnel, who are committed to using it solely to perform their professional duties.

Use of Data for Travel Management

At AndeXperience, we do not share personal information with third parties without the client’s express consent, except when required by law or in emergency situations. When we work with external providers (such as hotels, transport companies, or logistics services), we require them to comply with our privacy and confidentiality standards.

Use of Images and Promotional Material

During tours, the guide may take photos or videos. Before using them for promotional purposes, we will always request the client’s consent.
In cases where professional photographers are hired for marketing purposes, the group will be informed in advance. Clients have the right to refuse to be photographed or appear in such material.
