When you contact us, we will take the necessary time to understand your desired destinations, budget, hotel and dining preferences, and other relevant details. We will then begin designing a personalized itinerary tailored to your needs. Once the itinerary is ready, we will gladly refine and adjust it until you are completely satisfied.
Finally, once we receive your approval of the itinerary, we will request a deposit to confirm your trip. Acceptance of an itinerary designed by us constitutes your agreement with the terms and conditions set forth in this document.
Due to the nature of our travel design process, we require an initial deposit of 50% of the total cost of the tour package within three (3) days after the approval of your itinerary. This deposit can be made via bank transfer, money order to the account provided, or by credit card.
Travel arrangements will be confirmed once we receive this initial deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid 60 days prior to the start date of the trip, either by bank transfer, money order to the designated account, or by credit card payment.
If your booking is made less than 89 days before the trip start date, full payment will be required within five (5) days of itinerary approval.
Delays in payment may result in changes to initial travel arrangements due to ticket or service availability. In extreme cases, such delays may lead to the cancellation of your trip.
We understand that circumstances may arise preventing clients from traveling on their planned dates. Therefore, if we receive a written cancellation notice by email, the following conditions will apply:
We recommend purchasing travel insurance (arranged by you) since our agency does not provide or sell it. This insurance can cover airfare and land expenses in case of cancellation due to personal or family emergencies, as well as emergency medical evacuation and urgent medical expenses.
Refunds will be processed 30 days after the original trip start date, regardless of the cancellation request date. The refunded amount will be calculated after deducting administrative fees, taxes, and bank commissions incurred during the refund process.
Travel insurance is not included, and participation in one of our tours does not imply coverage. If desired, we strongly recommend obtaining single-trip travel insurance within 15 days prior to your tour. We can also recommend trusted providers.
Please send us a scanned copy of your travel insurance policy at least 15 days before your tour start date. This ensures that both you and AndeXperience are protected, allowing you to enjoy your experience worry-free.
If a passenger fails to show up at the designated time before departure, the seat will be released to the airline operator and may be offered to another passenger. The corresponding penalty will apply.
Passengers must personally appear at the airfield on the scheduled flight date, carrying their original, valid passport or ID, along with their paid tickets in either physical or digital format.
In case of flight cancellation due to adverse weather, alternative travel dates will be offered according to availability. Please note that no refunds will be made.
In case of delays caused by the airline operator, AndeXperience will not be held responsible for disruptions to your itinerary but will monitor the situation and assist in finding a prompt solution.

AndeXperience is not responsible for any health issues suffered during the flight that were not previously disclosed, such as nausea or dizziness caused by aircraft maneuvers, or any incidents resulting from such conditions.
For safety reasons, the pilot may deny boarding or request disembarkation of any passenger deemed a risk to the flight.
Passengers should not include valuables (cash, jewelry, etc.) or fragile items in their luggage, as these will not be compensated in case of loss or damage.
In the event of ticket loss, neither the operating airline (Aerodiana) nor AndeXperience will be obliged to refund or reissue the ticket.
It is your responsibility to obtain all required travel documents, including passports, visas, tourist cards, and vaccinations for the countries you will visit.
Travelers accompanied by minors must contact their international airline for documentation requirements. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult with proper documentation.
We use the passport information you provide on your booking form to secure hotels, flights, entrance tickets, and Inca Trail permits (when applicable).
If you renew or change your passport, please carry both the old and new ones. If that is not possible, notify us of your new passport number at least 90 days before your trip to avoid reservation issues.
Please contact your local health center for vaccination requirements for the countries you will visit. You can also find information at www.cdc.gov/travel.
Some vaccines may take up to a month to become effective and may be mandatory in certain regions.
You are responsible for obtaining this information and complying with it, as well as for informing us of any medical conditions that could affect your travel or pose risks to yourself or others.
Standards, practices, and customs in Latin America may differ from those in your home country.
AndeXperience provides a high level of quality and always seeks the best available accommodations, transportation, meals, and supplies in the regions visited. However, in high-altitude or remote jungle areas, you may encounter challenging conditions such as adverse weather or limited infrastructure. These circumstances are beyond our control, and even the best-planned itineraries may experience inconveniences or changes.
By accepting an AndeXperience itinerary, you assume full responsibility for yourself and any minors in your care and agree not to hold AndeXperience liable for inconveniences, delays, or incidents caused by natural disasters, bad weather, terrorism, criminal activity, strikes, illness, transportation failures, or other events beyond our control.
AndeXperience is not responsible for extra hotel nights or expenses resulting from such causes, nor for flight delays or cancellations before or after your trip. We are also not responsible for the loss or damage of personal luggage.
AndeXperience does not own, control, or operate any transportation, lodging, food, or related travel service providers.
Therefore, we are not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, inconveniences, irregularities, or delays resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, detentions, quarantines, civil unrest, criminal activity, government regulations, or other causes beyond our control.
Travelers must inform us of any unusual circumstances that may affect the trip so that we can seek solutions together.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of luggage or personal belongings, which remain under the traveler’s care at all times.
We reserve the right to exclude any person from a tour, accommodation, or other included service if they seriously or morally disrupt the group’s harmony or the proper conduct of the service. In such cases, the traveler will only be entitled to return transportation to the starting point of the trip.
We also do not assume responsibility for legal or other problems arising from the traveler’s actions.
AndeXperience has extensive experience in the tourism sector and understands that unforeseen situations may occur.
In cases of pandemic, terrorism, earthquakes, or political unrest, we will assist you in rescheduling your trip for a future date, applying a new quotation according to our “Cancellations/Refunds” policy.
AndeXperience does not offer cash refunds in such unpredictable events.
