Enjoy the legendary Route of the Sun. This experience begins early with pickup from your hotel and transfer to the tourist bus station. During the journey you will enjoy spectacular Andean landscapes, traditional villages, and vast highland plains. The first stop is Andahuaylillas, where you will visit its famous baroque church, known as the “Sistine Chapel of America.” Then we continue to Raqchi to explore the impressive Temple of Wiracocha, one of the most monumental constructions of the Inca period. Later, we reach the highest point of the route at Abra La Raya, ideal for panoramic photographs. After an Andean buffet lunch, we visit the Lithic Museum of Pucará, where you will learn more about the pre-Inca cultures of the highlands.
